Job Title: Practice Coordinator

Location(s): San Francisco, CA

Position Summary:
The Practice Coordinator will serve as the front desk point of contact for a high-volume Radiation Oncology clinic. This role requires strong multitasking skills, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment while delivering excellent patient service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out and appointment coordination.
• Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle a high volume of patient interactions and inquiries (approximately 100 patients/calls per day).
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient information within the electronic medical record.
• Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in a healthcare front desk or practice coordination role (years of experience: the more the better).
• APeX training required (non-APeX trained candidates will not be considered).
