Reporting to the Administrative Services Manager, this position will greet clients in person and on the phone. Monitor the help desk and assign tickets to correct person. As part of the business office, the position will use our print management system (Avanti-Slingshot) and Aggie Enterprise to order supplies. Distribute mail daily, file job dockets and closed PO's daily or as needed. Send invoices for payment to the shared service center. Assist Campus Copier Program clients with obtaining service, supplies and account maintenance. Back up to shipping, processing jobs to go to clients and receiving PO's.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - For full consideration, applicants are encouraged to upload license and/or certification if required of the position
- High school diploma and / or equivalent certification / experience / training
- Experience in a customer service driven environment which includes dealing with external and internal clients professionally and courteously both in person and on the phone.
- Experience collecting and inputting data accurately.
- Demonstrated knowledge of fundamental business management and accounting, purchasing and inventory standards of practice to make effective judgments and recommendations.
- Oral and written communication skills to develop print instructions and estimates and convey them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Working knowledge of computer software and e-mail programs, i.e. Microsoft Office Suites, Adobe Creative Suites, etc.
- Organizational skills to perform simultaneous tasks amid numerous interruptions to achieve timely progress on multiple complex projects, distribute effort among the projects, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity."
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a print shop environment including working with Avanti Slingshot software.
- Knowledge of UC Davis campus and Health System departments. Decision making and problem solving skills. Working Knowledge of Aggie Enterprise or similar Oracle systems. Support and Knowledge of multifunction devices and their functionality

Work Environment
