CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources Team and lead the charge in shaping how CHA attracts, engages, and hires exceptional people. In this pivotal role, you'll steward the full talent lifecycle, mentor a high-performing TA team, and partner with leaders to deliver a best in class, data driven recruiting program. What You'll Do:
Own the end
to
end recruiting lifecycle for a high volume of opportunities from early career to executive-level roles, designing effective, scalable sourcing and selection strategies that proactively engage quality talent and build robust pipelines

Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
