As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will help manage the first stage of our recruiting process. You will become an expert in creative search techniques, candidate engagement, and candidate experience. You will play an influential role in shaping our sourcing strategy by guiding ideal candidates to Monument Health roles, reporting trends and insights, and advising hiring managers on the talent market.This position will work remotely out of the Sioux Falls, SD area. You will source, identify and engage with candidates at all levels to fill vacancies in the Monument Health System. You will be required to work on Monument Health Campus 2 weeks per year. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting with planning, coordinating and facilitating events and fairs, travel including possible overnight stays is expected.
