Koch Fertilizer Enid, LLC. is looking for aWarehouse Coordinatorlocated in Enid, OK. The Warehouse Coordinator will maintain inventory management, material for work orders for the maintenance, turnaround, and project teams. This role will ensure material/inventory management excellence - including security, proper storage and maintenance, timely receipts, and issuance.

This role works weekdays 7:00am-5:00pm with the possibility to work overtime as needed (nights, weekends, holidays, etc.)

Koch Fertilizer, Enid is a leading nitrogen fertilizer manufacturing company that focuses on supplying various nitrogen fertilizer products to customers across North America.

What You Will Do

  • Practice a high level of safety when preforming any task in the Warehouse, as well as throughout the plant
  • Operate a forklift to load/unload trucks
  • Inspect, store, pick, issue, pack, label, load and dispose of inventory/material
  • Accept supplier deliveries and check items received are in a suitable condition and per the packing list and/or purchase order and reports discrepancies
  • Maintain high standard of housekeeping, ensuring the warehouses are clean, organized, and free of clutter
  • Preform cycle counts, inventory transfers, create new part numbers and assist customers
  • Contribute to cross-site warehouse discussions focused on improvement opportunities and knowledge sharing
  • Ownership of warehouse health reports to identify leading indicators of risk and improvement areas

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, agriculture, industrial or military environment
  • Experience using computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience with mobile technology (for example, iPads/tablets)

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to climb stairs

What Will Put You Ahead

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment in the area(s) of maintenance and/or storeroom
  • Forklift certified or willing/able to be forklift certified
