We're looking for an Accounting Manager to join our PharmScript team within our Accounting & Finance department. As an Accounting Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Accounting Department with its daily operating procedures.

The ideal candidate is a person who enjoys managing a team of 7 and performing daily general ledger accounting over specific areas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to managing the team and collaborating with other accounting and finance department leaders

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Track and record banking cash activity
  • Post cash receipts and monitor receipt entries posted by other accounting staff
  • Process invoices and payments
  • Submit AP invoices for approval through Kwiktag
  • Respond to vendor inquiries
  • Reconcile and record Credit card Statements
  • Record UHG/Optum charge back detail tractions
  • Perform Bank Reconciliations
  • Assist with Monthly and Quarterly Sales and Use Tax filings
  • Assist in year-end audits
  • Prepare end of month entries and other schedules as needed
  • Support and oversee the teams associate and staff accountants and accounting clerks

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in accounting or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of accounting manager experience

  • Knowledge of Kwiktag
  • Knowledge of working in multi-location companies

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
