The analyst works closely with pricing, program managers, business development, engineers, supply chain, and finance teams to develop cost strategies and pricing models. Support the proposal and procurement planning process by analyzing Bill of Materials (BOMs), historical data, supplier quotes, and cost drivers to develop accurate material cost estimates that can be used for production execution baselines. Requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills and ability to develop deep acumen in flagship enterprise business software systems such as ProPricer and Deltek Cost Point; develop supply chain knowledge, expert use of MS Office tools such as Excel and familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), DFARS, and DoD.
