Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking an experienced Senior Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) Integrator Director with experience leading a diverse team of advisors, analysts, and planners to achieve organizational objectives within our Client's workspace.

Location: Camp H. M. Smith, Hawaii

In this role, you will:

    Be responsible for the overall management of OIE activities for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of a major program across contractor's operations in the Clients AOR including leading a team across the range of planning, assessments and execution activities and managing the supporting project portfolio to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrate the ability to review, analyze, and operate through the range of strategic to operational to tactical-level OIE-related directives and activities in support of Client mission objectives and lines of efforts.
  • Will provide subject matter expertise (SME) through insights, analysis, thought leadership and applying technical skills to strategic, operational and tactical planning/execution, identifying and tracking measures of performance (MOP) through attainment of measures of effectiveness (MOE) for all OIE projects.

Roles and responsibilities for this position include:

  • Serve as the Senior OIE Integrator for all client OIE activities to include planning and project portfolio management and execution across the supported command and components
  • Provide strategic and operational expertise as the Senior OIE Integrator, management of operational subject matter experts (SMEs) and project portfolio lead in support of the client Military/Government staff
  • Serve as the single point of contact with responsibility for the development, implementation and integration of assigned contractor SMEs, supporting suppliers and projects to include the planning, execution and deliverables that meet quality assurance standards for on time delivery in support of client requirements
  • Provide daily coordination with the client to synchronize the actions of the contractor staff and supporting suppliers/subcontractors for all OIE planning, assessments and execution activities in support of client requirements
  • Responsible for all operational and administrative aspects of project portfolio management, and serve as the liaison between project management and planning, project team, line management, and the Military/Government leads
  • Responsible for meeting productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives monitoring through monitoring of project portfolio status to include: project budgets, staffing, schedules, monitoring/manage project deliverables and progress, and for intervention and problem solving with program manager and clients
  • Manages subcontractor work performance by suppliers to include integration of tasks, tracking of and reviewing supplier deliverables for quality assurance
  • Responsible for supporting client data management requirements to include data inputs e.g. MAVEN, C2IE, client internal and external stakeholder requests for information, analysis, planning and briefings
  • Perform supervisory and developmental responsibilities of professional and technical personnel performing in their customary disciplines within a functional area
  • Responsible for travel management: drafts/submits all Travel Authorization Requests (TARs) into a workflow for approval; drafts/submits expense reports for the team to support timely invoicing activities
  • Provide data management and Quality Assurance (QA) across multiple projects and information systems to meet both Knowledge Management (KM) and Records Management surety requirements to client facing enterprise
  • Provide periodic and ad hoc status reports focused on progress, newly identified issues, closed issues, and challenges


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 20 years of planning experience or a combined total of a minimum of 23 years between education and relevant service.
    • Additional experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements.
  • Must be a Military Information Support Operations (MISO) or Information Operations (IO) Planner.
  • Must possess a minimum of ten years of experience with MISO or IO at the service or joint level working on projects that support operations in multiple CCMDs AORs. (This shall include experience at both the operational and tactical level; it is not required that the operational and tactical level experience has occurred concurrently).
  • Minimum of 10 years of management experience on similar government contracts.
  • Experience managing geographically distributed teams comprised of personnel from multiple companies.
  • Ability to identify personnel and missions issues early, develop mitigation plans and communicate potential impacts and alternate course of action impacts to the customer.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Willing and able to travel CONUS and OCONUS in support of the program: Note some locations may be hazardous.
  • Must possess and be able to maintain a current U.S. Passport.

Preferred:

  • Master's Degree and Project Management certificate.
  • Prior Military experience - Relevant current IO/MISO work with any of the Combatant Commands and components.
  • In-depth experience working on OIE CONOP development and planning with our primary client at Camp H. M. Smith.
  • Senior level military staff officer schools graduate.
  • Masters of Military Art and Science - School of Advanced Military Studies.

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
