The role of inside Sales specialist will provide inside sales and support within the Products & Services department in North
American Exhibitions business unit with GES.
Service products include but are not limited to; Flooring, Logistics (shipping), standard and specialty furniture, graphics,
audio visual, empty freight returns, and exhibit systems (booth rentals).
The Products & Services department's key functions include selecting new products for offering, project management for
product launches, selling the products and services, tracking products sales and other relevant KPIs, and adjusting to
market demands.
Strong customer service, written and verbal commutation skills required. Handle customer inquiries with appropriate and
timely follow-through while maintaining a top-notch professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
* Telemarketing customers as the inside sales representative for the purpose of selling GES products and services.
* Complete outbound phone and email campaigns and receive inbound sales order calls.
* Meet established revenue and sales targets.
* Generate product and services leads for the purpose of securing additional exhibitors/new customers for GES.
* Ability to multitask various quotes and sales orders to ensure bookings.
* Ability to work with general managers, operations, and other departments to ensure products and services
delivered to exhibitors at show site.
* Consistently maintain accurate documentation in appropriate business systems, such as Salesforce, and Oracle.
* Maintain excellent customer service satisfaction for both internal and external customers; ensure connecting
external customers with the proper internal resource.
* Educate exhibitors on using our eCommerce platform, Expresso, and direct them to appropriate resources

Qualifications
* High School/GED required.
* Previous experience phone sales and cross selling products
* 2 years of Transportation, Exhibition or Trade Show sales experience a plus.
* Must be able to learn product line and verbally describe to clients without the use of industry jargon.
* Display the consultation skills necessary to successfully represent and sell products and services to existing
customers and prospects
* Strong organizational, problem-solving skills to provide first class customer service experience.
