JOB SUMMARY The Lead Coordinator, Training & Exercise, will be responsible for supporting the development, and execution of emergency preparedness and response training and exercise functions. The incumbent will be a subject matter expert for emergency management, with demonstrated experience supporting program management, tracking, and execution. This position is responsible for analyzing and providing input into implementation of company-wide initiatives that are highly technical in nature and impact every aspect of CenterPoint Energy. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION Requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Emergency Management or related field preferred. EXPERIENCE 4 or more years of functional emergency management experience or combination of education and training 4 or more years of project management experience.
