Administrative Support

Provide administrative support for SET managed processes at Cheniere which may include:

• Monitoring and tracking of site service requests (i.e. Waste Management, Spill Response, Rental equipment)
• Active in the MAXIMO system/tracking of work orders
• Liaison between customer and SET offices to schedule additional resources when needed
• Point of contact when other team members are engaged inside the plant
• Schedule/Coordinate subcontractor work at the direction of customer and issue purchase orders when required
• Set up new vendors when required to support customer
• Track and reconcile hours worked supporting the customer in the SET dispatch program to ensure time is allocated properly and invoice received by the client is accurate and timely
• Schedule and track safety/compliance training required for dedicated SET personnel
• Collect data required for compliance related reports
• Data entry of manifests/Bill of Ladings and other shipping documents
• Organize and enter data associated with waste generation so that annual waste reporting can be prepared with ease
• Track manifests to ensure TSDF signed copies are returned back to site within 45 days (Includes contacting each TSDF per manifest if not received within 30 days from the date of receipt)
• Participate in the invoice generation process
• Miscellaneous tasks on demand

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years working in a team environment and preferably in a customer service roll
• Proficient Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic e-mail)
• Excellent verbal, written and face to face communication skills
• Solid reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Proven self-starter, highly motivated
• Ability to effectively multi-task while managing a heavy workload
• Must be detailed oriented
• Requires minimal supervision and is able to meet goals and objectives within expected timeframe
• Able to work productively in open environment
• Must present a professional persona at all times
