Pay: $18.00 per hour 1st Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM What You'll Be Doing: Build products using an 8-step process, working on one product line with cross-training opportunities. Receive training from a dedicated trainer for success. Work independently at your station in a quiet environment (radio available). Follow strict cleanroom protocols, including PPE (gown, mask, gloves) and grooming rules (no makeup or perfumes). Ensure precision with small, delicate parts using tweezers; 100% sitting. Qualifications: 1+ years of related experience preferred Hand dexterity for working with small components (some require a microscope). Reliable transportation and good attendance.
