Job Summary The Project Manager is responsible for the safe execution of a portion of a single mega project or a portfolio of several smaller projects by adhering to project management guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure programs and projects are delivered on time and within budget. Accountable for project life cycle management, including accurate budgeting and forecasting, combined with effective planning and execution. This position relies on capable, integrated leadership skills and the ability to successfully collaborate with stakeholders, including engineering, project controls, supply chain, environmental, regulatory, strategy, internal engineering, external engineers, accounting, operations, contractors and more. The Project Manager will be a proactive leader who integrates and collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Highly developed organizational leadership, communication, and technical skills are required. This position will report to an organization that is primarily focused on the execution of new generation projects, but this group also executes other large, complex projects such as synchronous condensers.
