The Program Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the program. Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Program Manager will maximize the operational efficiency of all program aspects and be responsible for implementing all general, emergency, personnel, and program-specific policies and procedures necessary to ensure a safe and efficiently run department.

Essential Functions
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff.
-Ongoing development/implementation of New Hire Orientation to document all measures taken to orient new staff and ensure adequate/thorough education and training for employees.
-Collaborate with the Program Director regarding any necessary issues of disciplinary action, including review of any documented verbal counseling and written warnings. Complete annual Performance Appraisals alongside the Program Director.
-Oversee all general services provided in the program to ensure compliance with program mission, established philosophies, and published Program Guidelines.
-Assist in building and leading a high-performing team.
-Act as a liaison between all levels of staff to effectively address all program concerns, respond to complaints, escalate issues, and ensure coverage as needed.
-Develop systems and procure organizational tools to improve efficiency, orderliness, and safety.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required and Master's Degree Related Field of Study preferred

Experience
Program Management Experience 3-5 years preferred or Supervisory/Team Leadership Experience 3-5 years required

- Knowledgeable of program management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to identify and pursue funding opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
