As a Security Officer - Tech Campus Patrols Unarmed in Culver City, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading technology location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide outstanding customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal training and protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Document and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or incidents according to Allied Universal and client site policies.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with inquiries and access, while maintaining a professional presence.
• Support emergency response activities as appropriate, including evacuation procedures and communication with first responders.
• Maintain awareness of the unique needs of a technology and media environment, adapting security-related procedures as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A Security Guard Card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
