How You'll Make An Impact: As SiriusXM modernizes its People & Culture ecosystem, the Director, HR Technology Innovation will lead the vision and strategy for embedding AI and digital capabilities across the employee lifecycle-turning data into actionable insight, automating routine work, and elevating the employee experience. This role drives the roadmap for intelligent systems, human-centered design, and scalable innovation, ensuring our HR technology evolves with the business while keeping people at the core. Define and drive the enterprise P+C AI strategy and roadmap, partnering across People & Culture, Technology, and business teams to embed intelligence into every stage of the employee lifecycle. Manage complex, cross-functional AI initiatives-setting timelines, tracking milestones, coordinating activities, and ensuring successful execution from concept to implementation. Partner with People and Culture teams to design and deliver AI-driven process improvement initiatives that elevate employee engagement and operational efficiency. Identify key stakeholders and assess the impact of proposed AI initiatives on people, processes, and technology, ensuring human-centered design and change readiness. Partner with the communication and change management team to inform, engage, and align stakeholders throughout each transformation initiative. Execute enterprise strategies to drive adoption of AI tools and practices, establishing measurable outcomes for usage, adoption, and long-term proficiency. Collaborate with P+C and business leaders to establish governance structures and ethical AI frameworks, ensuring transparency, compliance, and trust in all applications. Regularly report progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership, making strategic recommendations for optimization and scalability. Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader on AI transformation, process improvement, and digital innovation within People Services. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance automation, and scale best practices across the enterprise. Help develop standardized AI implementation tools, templates, and methodologies for consistent, repeatable success across the People & Culture organization. Lead the configuration and optimization of AI capabilities within People and Culture systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, recruiting, and engagement platforms-ensuring they deliver accurate, personalized, and predictive experiences. Design and manage AI workflows, automations, and data models that drive efficiency in processes like case management, learning recommendations, and workforce planning. Assess business requirements and develop customized AI-enabled information systems that generate dynamic analytics, insights, and reports for People and Culture and business stakeholders.
What You'll Need:
10+ years of experience in HR technology, transformation, or enterprise process improvement, with at least 3-5 years leading AI, analytics, or automation initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs from strategy through execution. Deep understanding of HR processes, data governance, and technology ecosystems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, engagement and recruiting platforms). Experience designing and implementing AI or automation solutions that improve efficiency while enhancing human connection. Strong skills in program management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change leadership.1 Exceptional communication and executive influence skills, with experience advising senior leadership on digital and organizational strategy. Background in policy design, governance, and ethical AI practices preferred. Project management or process improvement certification (such as PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma) a plus. Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $150,000 to $200,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
