Job Description


This position is responsible for the leadership and implementation of actions to complete business plans and milestone plans which will aid in the achievement of corporate and regional goals, objectives and strategies.



The primary purpose of this job will be driving sales and growth on the existing ($150m) inforce block of business on integrated platforms and maintaining persistence over and above the group division current persistency levels. Lead direction of strategic initiatives and digital distribution. Advance the digital growth strategy through SPI driven technology enablement.



This role could be hybrid or remote based on proximity to an office location.



What you do:



  • Recruit, develop, attract and procure new and existing tech platform/vendor relationships (including benefit administration platforms, HCM/HRIS, and quoting platforms).
  • Develop onboarding plan for new distribution partners. Development of growth strategies for carrier consolidation and block opportunities with platform sales enablement teams.
  • Work to identify, evaluate, and negotiate new sales and market growth opportunities across multiple areas to expand wallet share within channels and to increase overall market share.
  • Identify and develop optimal revenue models, sales/distribution channels, pricing, and new product development strategies, such as building revenue streams in niche markets.
  • Identifying and negotiating strategic partnerships including financial arrangements, customer sharing, and intellectual property rights.
  • Develop technology platform field education initiatives.
  • Promote an effective sales process to attract high potential distribution partners while maintaining strong relationship with existing distribution partners, driven at a national and regional territory mapping.
  • Establish and maintain contacts through participation and attendance at technology vendor platform fairs/conferences.
  • Act as functional sponsor for all group division (core) technology initiatives.
  • Partner alongside RVP's and Sales leaders to secure new business at the point of sale, for digitally enabled platforms

  • 10 or more years relevant experience required.

About this Position's Pay
This is a sales position. The posted range reflects the base pay and variable compensation. The pay range posted reflects a nationwide minimum to maximum covering all potential locations where the position may be filled. The final determination on base pay for any position will be based on multiple factors including role, career level, work location, skill set, and candidate level of experience to ensure pay equity within the organization. This position will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package (see above for details). This position will be eligible to participate in our variable compensation program with a target defined by the applicable program.
