Job Description

In this critically important role, you will join the Strategy & Transformation Program Management team in bringing together all responsibilities across sales and marketing to accelerate the integration of our strategic acquisitions. You will play a key role in supporting the integration of strategic acquisitions, focusing on execution, M&A standard process adherence, and continuous improvement across sales and marketing functions. You will ensure critical project milestones and timelines are met while commercial and strategic imperatives of the acquisition are upheld.

We are looking for someone with strong project management skills and a process improvement mindset. You will have experience in building complex plans and coordinating many project You will report to the Director, Strategy and Transformation and have a hybrid schedule working in Milwaukee, WI or any one of our business locations.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of integration activities for sales and marketing functions, working closely with cross-functional teams as directed by program managers.
  • Maintain and update commercial processes based on the impacts of inorganic investments, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Monitor and suggest improvements to processes based on team feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Resolve issues and support process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain documentation and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders to help solidify change.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalant Years of Relevant Work Experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in a business-to-business commercial operations role with sales or project management
  • Solid understanding of commercial operations in modern sales organizations
  • Experience managing tasks and timelines within defined project plans; ability to coordinate with stakeholders as needed.
  • Collaborative style, which can drive consensus across indirect reporting lines and peer groups
