Responsibilities The Regional Director of Case Management is responsible for the implementation of systems to effectively oversee the Case Management Programs used throughout the assigned region for Prime Healthcare Management Hospitals. They will serve as an Interim-Director of Case Management at facility level when needed providing direct leadership, support and oversight of all Case Management functions. They will provide leadership and supervision to facility staff under assigned region including Case Management Directors, Case Managers, Discharge Planners and Social Workers. They will assess needs, plan, communicate, implement services that are applicable as per the expected protocols and ensure appropriate resource management is obtained to provide quality and cost-effective outcomes. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING Required qualifications: 1. Licensed clinician in your state. 2. Grandfathered prior to April 1, 2015. Minimum 5 years' post graduate of an accredited school of Social Work for Licensed Clinical Social Worker. 3. Minimum 5 years' experience in a Case Management position. 4. Must have analytical ability for problem identification, assessment and evaluation of data/statistics obtained from on-going review process. 5. Knowledge of Milliman CareGuidelines and InterQual Criteria. 6. Behavioral Violence Prevention Training within 3 months of hire and maintain current. Preferred qualifications: 1.
