Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols in a financial institution environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for all individuals at the location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the interior and perimeter of the financial institution to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter theft, vandalism, or other unwanted incidents.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of all patrols, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site procedures.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services as needed during critical situations.
• Enforce access control protocols and verify identification as required for entry to restricted areas.
• Remain alert and observant at all times, reporting any unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate parties.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, and/or military experience is required.
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
