Position Summary
Leisnoi Government Services is seeking a driven Sr. Contracts Administrator to lead the contract management lifecycle. This position designs, implements, and maintains standardized contract management processes across the organization, ensuring accurate, efficient contract execution in full compliance with company policies and government regulations. The Sr. Contracts Administrator acts as a subject matter expert, serving as the lead for compliance, risk management, and contract documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Administration, Development & Standardization
* Manage all phases of contract administration, emphasizing process implementation and improvement.
* Develop and implement standardized contracting procedures and templates to be used across all lines of business.
* Prepare, review, and assist in the preparation, modification, and documentation of all contract-related agreements and supporting documents, including but not limited to:
* Prime Contracts
* Subcontractor Contracts
* Task Orders
* Contract modifications and amendments
* Draft, edit, and maintain contract templates and subcontract templates to ensure consistency and legal sufficiency.
* Advise on correct contract language to achieve legal and regulatory compliance as well as business goals.
* Manage and own the subcontract and task order processes to ensure operational efficiency and contractual integrity.
* Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of all contracts, correspondence, reports, and amendments, in strict alignment with company policy and regulatory requirements.
* Review existing contracts and agreements for compliance, accuracy, and risk, and assist with corrective actions where required.
Compliance, Risk Management & Regulatory Adherence
* Serve as gatekeeper on compliance, providing oversight and guidance on government contract requirements, including adherence to FAR/DFARS and other applicable federal regulations.
* Conduct contract risk management, including proactive assessment of contract terms and identification of areas of potential exposure.
* Review FAR language for accuracy, ensuring the inclusion of all necessary clauses within prime and subcontracts..
* Collect and ensure completeness of Certificates of Insurance (COI) and W-9s from all subcontractors and vendors.
* Manage and maintain all contract data and documentation within Costpoint or other contract storage systems as required.
* Collaborate for completion and maintenance of required representations and certifications in SAM.gov.
* Maintain a process for regular internal audits and reviews of contract deliverables, deadlines, and compliance status
Stakeholder Communication & Support
* Act as the primary process authority and point of contact for all internal teams and external partners in matters related to contract status, compliance, and process adherence.
* Facilitate communication, process education, and compliance support between project teams, operational lines of business, and stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding and timely execution of contract requirements.
* Provide administrative support for each line of business, including contract data entry, process review, and routine correspondence.
Reporting & Process Improvement
* Regularly discuss contract compliance, risk, and corrective actions to LOB leads as required.
* Analyze regulatory changes and legal developments to inform and improve contracting strategies and practices.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
* Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) certification preferred.
* 4+ years of contract administration experience in a government contracting environment (required).
* Demonstrated ability to independently develop, implement, and manage standardized contract processes.
* In-depth understanding of FAR/DFARS requirements and other relevant federal contracting requirements.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a record of compliance-focused work.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant contract management systems (e.g., Costpoint, SAM.gov).
