DEKA Research and Development, housed in Manchester, NH, is seeking a self-motivated Inventory Management Administrator to support multiple medical device manufacturing programs. The ideal candidate will be proficient with inventory management systems, Excel, and database development, with the ability to work independently and interface with cross-functional teams. How you will make an impact: Maintain inventory for several medical device manufacturing programs simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and availability of critical components Manage inventory requests from multiple engineering sources and manufacturing line service teams Handle inventory ordering through both manufacturing purchasing agents and non-manufacturing agents Develop and maintain inventory databases to support efficient tracking and reporting Develop UI ticketing and sign-out systems for inventory databases to streamline material management processes Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory workflows and support production needs Ensure compliance with inventory management policies and procedures Skills you need to be successful: Experience with medical device manufacturing Experience with inventory management systems and best practices Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new software systems Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Proficient with Excel, including knowledge of creating and maintaining Simple UI Strong communication skills with ability to interface effectively across multiple teams
