Job DescriptionThe Senior Human Resources Manager & Labor Relations provides strategic HR leadership and serves as the primary labor relations partner for the organization. This role oversees HR operations, employee relations, labor negotiations, and compliance across multiple sites, allocating approximately 40% of time supporting a secondary facility to ensure alignment, consistency, and strong HR partnership across both locations. This position plays a critical role in strengthening workplace culture, driving HR strategy, and supporting union and non-union environments in alignment with Stratas Foods' values and operational objectives. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Education:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field is required; Master's preferred. Experience: 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including labor relations and multi-site support. Strong working knowledge of labor law, compliance, and collective bargaining. Leadership experience supporting manufacturing or industrial preferred. Equipment/Software Skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook; Proficiency with HRIS platforms and HR data analysis. Additional information:
