JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Head of Learning US who is strategic, innovative, and collaborative to join us in our Human Resources team, based in our UCB office in Atlanta, GA. About the role As Head of Learning US, you will provide strategic leadership for UCB's learning organization, driving an AI-augmented, capability-driven learning ecosystem. As a strategic leader you will transform learning into a business growth engine, combining innovation, commercial acumen, and customer-centricity. You'll translate global learning strategy into US-specific initiatives, accelerating time-to-performance and delivering measurable business impact through innovation, governance, and capability building. Who you'll work with You'll be part of the Patient Evidence and Impact Learning Leadership Team, working in strong partnership with the US Leadership Team and cross functional US and global stakeholder groups. You'll orchestrate internal and external resources, ensuring customer-facing roles have access to high-quality learning partnerships and support. What you'll do

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $236,800 to $310,800 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
