Be the Best Behavioral Health Program Manager You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

  • Requires a current license as a Registered Nurse in his/her practice state.
  • Experience in home health clinical psychiatric care under CMS guidelines.
  • Advanced working knowledge of state and federal home health regulations, HCHB workflow and reporting.

Responsibilities:

As a Behavioral Health Program Manager, you will:

  • Performs clinical psychiatric quality oversight of client care consistent with scientific principles and agency policy and procedures.
  • Performs Quality Chart Audits, Root Cause Analysis and partners with Clinical Operation Leaders and local branch leadership to implement solutions in accordance with State and Federal Regulations and best practices.
  • Provides onboarding training to all clinical psychiatric clinicians and serves as SME for development of training content and education in collaboration with Learning & Development
  • Interacts effectively and provides for public relations ensuring the accuracy of the clinical psychiatric program in collaboration with Sales and Senior Housing.
  • Maintains Behavioral Health clinician adherence to SOP and best practices with regular competency skills checkoffs.
