What will you do as a Sales Operations Analyst at Sealed Air?

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in strengthening Sealed Air's commercial execution by transforming data into actionable insights that help Sales teams perform better, forecast more accurately, and focus on the right priorities. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, and IT to support a more data-driven, disciplined, and scalable commercial organization. Your work will help reduce manual reporting, improve data quality, and enable leaders and field teams to make faster, better decisions.


This role blends strong technical analytics capabilities with commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement, acting as a bridge between data, tools, and real-world sales execution.

Why do we need you?


  • Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting tools that support pipeline visibility, forecasting, and commercial performance.



  • Analyze sales, pipeline, and customer data to deliver clear, actionable insights for Sales leaders and field teams.



  • Improve automation and data integration, reducing manual reports and increasing self-service analytics.



  • Partner with Sales teams to understand business needs and translate them into meaningful dashboards, metrics, and insights.



  • Support forecast cycles, opportunity analysis, and performance tracking.



  • Help drive adoption of reporting tools through training, enablement, and ongoing user support.



  • Work within a complex, evolving data ecosystem, helping connect systems and improve overall data quality.



  • Contribute to commercial transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, and decision-making.



What do you need to succeed?


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.



  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role.



  • Strong experience with Power BI, including data modeling, measures, and dashboard development.



  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, SAP C4C, Dynamics, or similar).



  • Familiarity with SQL or data extraction tools.



  • Solid understanding of data structures, integrations, and reporting workflows.



  • Experience supporting Sales organizations with analytics, reporting, or performance insights.



  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.



  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Commercial teams.



  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving commercial environment.




Preferred Qualifications




  • Experience in B2B environments, ideally manufacturing, packaging, or distribution.



  • Exposure to forecasting, pipeline analytics, and commercial performance metrics.



  • Experience reducing manual reporting through automation.



  • Experience supporting enablement, training, or user adoption initiatives.
