Genesis10 is currently seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager for a 12-month contract role with our client in Richfield. This role will be hybrid, working 2 days onsite.
Compensation: $ 75.00 - $80.00 per hour, depending on skill and experience level. W-2 only consultants will be considered per client Deliverables Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and manage complex IT projects supporting construction and infrastructure programs. Serve as liaison between Client and external vendors, driving collaboration and technical decisions. Responsibilities: * Lead implementations, ensuring quality of key deliverables. * Develop & manage comprehensive project schedules, including milestones, tasks, dependencies, & resources. * Identify, track, & resolve Risks, Assumptions, Issues, & Dependencies * Manage scope, schedule, & budget, including impact analysis & communication. * Produce monthly project status reports for leadership. * Develop & execute communication plans to support project transparency & stakeholder engagement. * Provide accurate estimates for IT project components. * Coordinate user acceptance testing & ensure business readiness for change. * Collaborate with solution architects to research & recommend solution options. Mandatory Skills * 5+ years managing IT infrastructure projects to successful completion. * Experience with IT security concepts and their application in project planning. * Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project or equivalent). * Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for commuting between job sites and offices. Desired Skills * Experience managing IT components of construction projects, including infrastructure and systems integration. * Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field. * Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP). * Strong understanding of system application architecture and components. * Experience identifying and documenting system requirements, including testing and validation processes. * Intermediate proficiency in Visio for process mapping and system design. * Experience with professional project management organizations (e.g., PMI, APM). Onsite Requirements Required to be on-site twice a week on Mondays and Tuesdays. Other days on-site are required to meet the needs of the project.
