What Do We Look For? 3+ years of direct hire recruiting experience and background managing recruiters. Experience hiring recruiters and supporting their individual growth and success. Ability to manage multiple tasks and have the initiative to complete tasks from inception to completion. Sound business judgement in selecting techniques and timetables for obtaining solutions and producing results. Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills. Demonstrates superior verbal, listening, and written communication skills. Organized, accurate, and detail oriented. Someone who is enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, candidates, and Ambassadors (our term for the temporary employee we place on assignment with our clients) in line with our company's purpose, promise and values.
