Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years experience leading enterprise learning, training, or adoption initiatives, preferably within large, multi-state or mission-driven organizations required.
  • Minimum 2 year supervisory or managerial experience required.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.


The ideal candidate will possess:



  • Proven success designing and executing training programs for major ERP or system implementations (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and drive adoption at all organizational levels.
  • Experience managing teams, budgets, and external learning vendors.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems, digital adoption platforms, and enterprise analytics tools.

Hybrid-Remote Position open to candidates residing in Pennsylvania.


Up to 25% travel to our headquarters in Lafayette Hill, PA expected.



Position Details:


The Director of ERP Training, Enablement & User Adoption is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing the enterprise learning, adoption, and enablement strategy for Merakey's Workday ERP implementation and beyond. This role ensures that all employees are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively use new digital tools and processes.


Reporting to the Executive Director of Organizational Change & Enterprise Transformation, this position partners closely with functional leads, HRIS, IT, and operational leaders to embed learning and adoption into every phase of the ERP lifecycle. The Director leads instructional design, trainers, and change champions to deliver a seamless learning experience that drives readiness, accelerates adoption, and sustains system value over time.


This role is pivotal in advancing Merakey's enterprise transformation, reinforcing the "Build as ONE" culture, and ensuring long-term digital maturity across the organization. Duties include:





  • Lead the enterprise ERP training and enablement strategy, building a phased learning roadmap from readiness through go-live and sustainment.



  • Integrate training with change management, ensuring aligned messaging, readiness activities, and user support.



  • Drive modern learning innovation using microlearning, eLearning, simulations, and blended learning to support diverse employee groups.



  • Build and execute an enterprise user adoption framework, including targeted engagement campaigns, feedback loops, and champion networks.



  • Oversee design and delivery of all ERP learning assets and operations, ensuring accessible, role-based, and field-friendly training.



  • Establish ongoing learning infrastructure, including an ERP learning library and continuous-improvement processes.



  • Define, track, and report on key learning and adoption KPIs; use analytics to guide interventions and inform leadership.



  • Lead and coach cross-functional training, facilitation, and champion teams while fostering a culture of continuous learning.



  • Serve as a key partner in ERP governance, supporting cutover, stabilization, and building scalable enablement capabilities for future digital initiatives.
