  • Determine when review/coordination is complete to prepare final document for delivery, typically by email transmittal with appropriate note summarizing the delivery.

  • Take ownership over recurring deliverables and ensure preparation, updates, and reviews are accomplished with sufficient lead time to provide a quality product that is delivered on time to the Government.

  • Capture all accountable deliverables via a structured archive process.

  • Assist staff and Government by researching and locating archived data and providing it to the requestor.

  • Knack for interviewing subject matter experts to understand and document complex topics and systems.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a broad group of people, including software developers, project managers, business stakeholders, and third-party partners.
