The Opportunity

The Digital Transformation Program Director is a strategic leader responsible for leading Ulteig's enterprise-wide digital transformation program. Ulteig defines digital transformation as the deliberate use of digital technologies to modify or create business processes, customer experiences, and enable organizational culture in response to or anticipation of changes in the market, customer insights, and business needs. This role oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of the overall digital transformation program and its sub-programs, ensuring alignment with digital strategy and objectives. The Program Director cross-functionally collaborates across business units and executive leadership to drive the operational key results (OKRs) of the program.

Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, this leader will guide and energize a team of 4-5 program managers and agile practitioners, fostering alignment, innovation, and delivery excellence. The Program Director is also responsible for developing and rolling out training, establishing best practices for product management, and embedding agile methodologies throughout the organization. Key deliverables include the program charter, master plan and roadmap, stakeholder management plan, governance and communication plan, RAID log, resource plan, and executive status reports.

Success in this role is measured by the ability to secure engaged executive sponsorship, align incentives with program outcomes, drive focused execution, accelerate progress through agile practices, and ensure effective marketing and change management. The Program Director champions continuous improvement and client satisfaction, fostering a culture of relentless innovation and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership & Vision



  • Define and execute Ulteig's digital transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall strategy


  • Establish program approach and methodology
  • Develop and track metrics and analytics to drive measurable outcomes


Program & Portfolio Management



  • Lead the overall program across three sub-programs: engineering services automation, business services improvements, and advisory services platform
  • Deliver key artifacts: program charter, master plan and roadmap, stakeholder management plan, governance and communication plan, Risks/Assumptions/Issues/Dependencies (RAID) log, resource plan, and executive status reports


Operational Excellence



  • Drive continuous improvement through technology adoption and process redesign
  • Implement performance dashboards and reporting tools to monitor progress and ROI


Financial Oversight



  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support strategic investments
  • Provide cost-benefit analysis for digital initiatives and ensure fiscal responsibility


People Leadership & Development



  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of project managers, agile practitioners, and scrum masters
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth
  • Champion change management strategies for successful adoption across the organization


Stakeholder Engagement



  • Engage stakeholders across all business units to align digital initiatives with business needs
  • Negotiate with technology vendors and service providers to maximize value and performance



What We Expect from You



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 10-15 years of experience in digital transformation, program management, project management, and agile practice management
  • Program delivery in a product-based organization
  • Proven success leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrates openness to innovation by embracing and applying evolving technology and AI tools to enhance workflows, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Additional Opportunity Details:
Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $181,200 - $245,200
* Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job-specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
