The Opportunity The Digital Transformation Program Director is a strategic leader responsible for leading Ulteig's enterprise-wide digital transformation program. Ulteig defines digital transformation as the deliberate use of digital technologies to modify or create business processes, customer experiences, and enable organizational culture in response to or anticipation of changes in the market, customer insights, and business needs. This role oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of the overall digital transformation program and its sub-programs, ensuring alignment with digital strategy and objectives. The Program Director cross-functionally collaborates across business units and executive leadership to drive the operational key results (OKRs) of the program. Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, this leader will guide and energize a team of 4-5 program managers and agile practitioners, fostering alignment, innovation, and delivery excellence. The Program Director is also responsible for developing and rolling out training, establishing best practices for product management, and embedding agile methodologies throughout the organization. Key deliverables include the program charter, master plan and roadmap, stakeholder management plan, governance and communication plan, RAID log, resource plan, and executive status reports. Success in this role is measured by the ability to secure engaged executive sponsorship, align incentives with program outcomes, drive focused execution, accelerate progress through agile practices, and ensure effective marketing and change management.
