Lubbock Behavior Technician 43121BR Burkhart Center Position Description Performs instructional and educational work while serving as a teacher in a classroom/lab. Organizes and develops course work, coordinates classes for students, observes and assesses the needs of the students. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, faculty, and administrators on developing individualized instructional and behavior management programs for individuals with autism. Assist with data collection. Flexibility for minor schedule changes. Required Qualifications Post-secondary certification/degree required. Two years of teaching experience.
