The Opportunity Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a reliable and experienced Grounds Crew Lead to join our Grounds team. In this role, you will provide daily leadership and basic supervision to Grounds Crew members, ensuring the campus grounds remain safe, attractive, and well-maintained. You will perform and oversee maintenance and repairs on landscaped areas, parking lots, roads, fencing, and drainage systems, as well as install, renovate, and maintain turf, trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds. Additionally, you will maintain, repair, and enhance exterior athletic and recreational facilities, manage trash removal and waste receptacles, and provide emergency response to exterior hazardous conditions as needed. The position also supports campus special events, including set-ups and various building service functions.
