Epic Application Coordinator -Orders Team Monday-Friday (8:30-5) In the office 1-2 days a month on a regular basis, additional days for Go Lives and Special Projects. Johns Hopkins 750 E. Pratt St., 5th Floor Baltimore, MD 21202 The Application Coordinator for the Orders Team is directly responsible for the methods by which providers manage patient orders at Johns Hopkins Medicine. They collaborate directly with clinical operational leadership, partnering to devise and implement innovative solutions, as well as maintaining existing infrastructure that supports thousands of end-users involved in the ordering and management of patient care. General Position Summary: The Junior Application Coordinator (AC) participates in the development and design of the application(s) for which the AC is responsible and is required to gain an in-depth knowledge of the assigned Epic module(s). Hybrid/Remote (Monday-Friday) 8:30am-5:00pm This position requires one day per month regularly in the office. Also, there may be a need for weekend work for special projects and go lives Demonstrates proficiency in understanding computer systems, applications, and interfaces.
Job Responsibilities:
Application Configuration/Development: Work with the appropriate subject matter experts and other project team members in design, build, and validation sessions.
Salary Range: Minimum 33.41/hour - Maximum 58.48/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
