As a Security Officer - Tech Patrol Driver FT Days in Caledonia, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. You will provide outstanding customer service and communication, embodying our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork while putting people first.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within the technology, media, and telecom location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns promptly to Allied Universal management.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by site protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support a positive environment for staff and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
