Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Armed Officer, where you'll monitor and patrol retail locations to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. This role requires carrying a firearm and driving as part of your patrol responsibilities. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and sound judgment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment.
• Remain alert to unusual activity or conditions that may require intervention or reporting.
• Carry and maintain readiness with assigned firearms in accordance with company and location policies, always adhering to all applicable regulations and procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in detailed reports as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Work collaboratively with store personnel and/or law enforcement as needed to address security-related concerns.
• Provide visible presence throughout the location to help to deter theft, vandalism, and other unwanted behavior.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Level III armed certification is required for positions in Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
