The Opportunity: UCF Online seeks applications for a Director, Online Services. The Director, Online Services plays a critical role in driving the operational success and strategic growth of UCF's online education programs. This position requires a highly organized, results-oriented leader with expertise in budgeting, project management, CRM strategies, compliance, and collaborative support with marketing and other essential functions. The Director will oversee day-to-day operations, manage resources, and ensure alignment with UCF's strategic goals. We are seeking a proactive, solutions-oriented leader who is passionate about enhancing the quality of online education and driving the operational success of UCF Online. Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years of leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6). Preferred Qualifications:
Special Instructions to the Applicants: The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations. Applicant must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer, as sponsorship is not available for this position. This is an Auxiliary (AUX) funded position.
