Job Description:

• The Talent Development team is seeking an experienced self-directed, analytical, and strategic Data Engineer that will drive projects, build data solutions, develop our long-term analytics architectural plan, and improve the efficiency of our analytical and ML infrastructure.
• This is a unique opportunity to think big, insist on the highest standards, and invent and simplify the data architecture to scale.

• Design, implement, and maintain a cutting-edge cloud-based data infrastructure for large datasets.
• Develop and optimize data tables using best practices for partitioning, compression, compaction, etc.
• Develop and support ETL pipelines with robust monitoring and alarming.
• Maintain data integrity, availability, and auditability. Manage AWS resources.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies (e.g., Gen AI) and best new practices.
