What we are looking for: Technical Knowledge: Disaster-related knowledge and background to accurately assess losses, damages, repairs, and replacement costs. Clear and Effective Communication: Customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills and knowledge and ability to explain policy and regulations to claimants, FEMA staff, and other stakeholders.
