Registered Nurse on Inpatient Surgical Step-Down Unit

Christiana Care is seeking an experiencedRegistered Nursefor our Surgical Step-Down Unit, 4D. This is a 35-bed general surgery step-down inpatientunit, caring for adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.Are you ready for a higher level of care?

Requirements:

• BSN required; or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire.

• One year of nursing experience required. Two years' of nursing experience in an acute care setting is strongly preferred.

• Licensed or license eligibility in the state of Delaware.

• BLS Certification required.

Hours: This is a part time position of 72 hours per pay/36 hours per week. The hours for this position are Overnight shifts of 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. This requires a weekend rotation and follows internal weekend requirementpractice. Holidays required per organization policy.
