Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain three facilities year-round. This role includes seasonal tasks, general maintenance, and supporting warehouse operations.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Winter:

• Salt all three building parking lots.
• Keep exit doors clear of snow and ice.

Summer:

• Weed control and light landscaping.
• Trash pickup around the property.

General Maintenance:

• Light fabrication and welding (a plus).
• Basic electrical work (replace lights and receptacles).
• Light plumbing repairs.
• Monthly fire extinguisher inspections in all buildings.

Equipment & Warehouse Support:

• Operate forklifts and scissor lifts (required).
• Assist with unloading trucks.
• Provide backup support in the warehouse, including pulling orders.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience (required)
• Scissor lift experience (required)
• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
• Welding/fabrication skills (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and safety
