*We are hiring for Customer Service Representative!*
We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at problem-solving and enjoy assisting others. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will handle billing inquiries, process payments, support portal access and navigation, and respond to general questions with professionalism and efficiency. *Key Responsibilities* * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding billing, payments, portal navigation, and general concerns * Deliver accurate information and exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment * Take ownership of customer requests and resolve issues efficiently and professionally * Analyze information to make informed decisions and provide effective solutions * Perform basic mathematical calculations to support customer inquiries * Navigate multiple system applications to research and resolve customer concerns * Maintain productivity, service quality, and compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards (SOX, PCI) * Complete assigned tasks and projects as needed * Availability to work overtime when required *Required Skills and Qualifications* * Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset * Ability to make quick, sound decisions in a dynamic contact center environment * Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) * Skilled in multi-monitor usage and multitasking across systems * Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and personal accountability * Capacity to manage competing demands and perform under pressure *Education and Experience* * High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or current enrollment is a plus * 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred * Prior experience in a high-volume contact center is advantageous *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of O Fallon, MO. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
