About the Role We're looking for motivated individuals who want to start a career in the Outside Plant (OSP) fiber industry. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with construction experience who enjoys working outdoors and is eager to learn. What You'll Do * Travel between fiber construction sites using a company vehicle. * Inspect ongoing fiber builds and document progress with notes and photos. * Use a tablet to report updates back to the project team. * Communicate with construction crews and follow instructions accurately. * Ensure all documentation is submitted promptly and correctly. What We're Looking For * Construction experience (1+ year) - OSP experience is a plus but not required. * Comfortable working outdoors and traveling between sites. * Ability to use a tablet for reporting. * Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. * Must pass drug, BGC and a DMV * Preferred: Interest in building a career in fiber/telecom and learning OSP processes. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of London, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
