What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond appropriately to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for personnel and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both indoor and outdoor areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document and report any unusual activity, maintenance issues, or security-related concerns observed during patrols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related needs and concerns specific to the manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and reporting any irregularities.
• Support emergency response protocols, including evacuation procedures and coordination with first responders as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
