Position Title: Order Fulfillment Associate
Wage: $16.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm (Monday - Friday) We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Order Fulfillment Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team in Grinnell, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders containing parts, accessories, and ammunition for shipment. Apply now! Order Fulfillment Associate Responsibilities: - Use a handheld scanner to locate and pull items from designated shelving - Pack products into appropriately sized boxes and prepare them for shipment - Ensure accuracy by verifying that items match packing slip - Complete required paperwork and documentation for outgoing orders - Maintain clean, organized work area and follow general housekeeping guidelines - Assist with organizing, stocking and storing incoming supplies Requirements for Order Fulfillment Associate: - Able to stand for up to 10 hours - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Capable of lifting 5-40lbs repeatedly (team lift required for anything over 40lbs) - Able to bend, twist, push, pull, and crouch throughout the shift marshalltown@qpsemployment.com IND097 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
