Title: Sales Development Representative

Location: Remote US/Canada

Job Description:

Reporting to the SDR Team Lead, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) will beresponsible for scheduling meetings with prospects as well as identifying and generating qualified sales leads in order to build a strong sales pipeline.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our revenue engine - driving pipeline by identifying and engaging high-potential prospects through a combination of outbound strategies, intent-based engagement, and smart automation.

This is not your average SDR role. We're looking for a data-driven, tech-savvy person, someone who's comfortable working with modern sales tools, can interpret data, and knows how to personalize at scale using AI and automation.

What you'll do:



  • Identify, research and prospect target accounts and decision makers within the Insurance Industry in North America
  • Capture, prospect, nurture and qualify leads, both inbound and outbound
  • Engage with key decision-makers across target accounts using multi-channel outbound sources (email, phone, LinkedIn, and social)
  • Leverage tools like Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Salesforce, and AI-powered personalization tools to optimize engagement and outreach
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing and Growth teams to align messaging and campaign insights
  • Achieve quarterly and annual targets (meetings and pipeline opportunities)
  • Work independently, but collaboratively
  • Continuously test and iterate strategies using A/B testing, analytics, and feedback loops



Qualifications:



  • 1-2 years' experience in similar SDR/BDR roles, preferably focused on enterprise accounts and long sales cycles products
  • Tech-savvy mindset with openness to using AI tools (e.g., for personalization, scale, enrichment)
  • Strong passion for technology and technology selling
  • Great researcher, excellent listener, capable of identifying prospects' needs
  • Resiliency is a must: able to handle hard no's and keep trying!
  • Excellent communication skills,highly organized, self-motivated, and curious - with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to work independently in a distributed team environment and manage time effectively
  • Good familiarity with Salesforce and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) platforms
  • Familiarity with AI-powered writing/personalization tools
