Job description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Director, Project Management to lead complex, high-impact projects and mentor junior team members. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a proven track record of successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion. - Align project goals with business strategy and organizational priorities. - Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource planning. - Communicate effectively with senior leadership and external partners. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers and team members. - Develop program infrastructure and foster team culture of collaboration and accountability to achieve exceptional results. Qualifications: - 6+ years of project management experience, including enterprise-level projects. - Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Iterative, Scrum, Hybrid, Lean). - Experience managing change and driving organizational improvements. Preferred Attributes: - PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is preferred. - Strategic mindset with strong business acumen. - Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. - High level of professionalism and stakeholder influence. The anticipated salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role will be $160,000 - $210,000 (not including discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits). The final salary offered will be dependent on several factors that include but are not limited to relevant previous experience including duration and type of experience within the industry, education, and internal equity.
