To keep pace with this growth, we need individuals with exceptional ability to challenge us to think differently while helping us drive standardization across the field. The Sales Project Manager is hungry to dive into projects that help us fuel top of funnel, increasing lead capture and demo drives through enhancing our brand awareness. You will be challenged to drive brand awareness through external partnerships, events and activations across the country. You will lead visual merchandising and sign standards for Tesla locations and aid with employee engagement initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Own strategy, drive implementation and execution of events, while leading event coordinators across the country and driving local partnerships across North America to promote brand awarenessand liaise with HQ team on key global activations to localize in North America
- Lead Visual Merchandising across North America and ensure life-style activations are in place in showrooms on a seasonal basis. As well as manage signage across all showrooms and ensure they are updated and have impact
- Lead Tesla merchandise roll-out and work with HQ partners on set-up, fulfillment, and sales strategy. As well as conduct project evaluations, post-mortems, and drive process change to incorporate learning
- Work with Regional leadership to provide updates on program status, including highlighting potential risks, outlining proposed solutions, and mitigating steps
- Visit sites regularly to review activities, implement quality and customer service standards, resolve problems, identify trends, escalating challenges and providing feedback to the Central Support Team
- Be a part of the planning and execution of communication strategies for internal and external facing projects. Along with support brief creation or design requirements that are in sync with our company culture, messaging, and established timelines
- Create or assist in employee engagement initiatives, intranet content, etc.As well as other responsibilities as required in support of the Tesla mission

Expected Compensation
- Program Mgr - $76,000 - $114,000/annual salary
- Sr Program Mgr - $95,000 - $142,500/annual salary
+ cash and stock awards + benefits for all levels
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
