Security Officer - Full-Time Access Control Logistics

As a Security Officer - Full-Time Access Control Logistics in Stockton, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for personnel and assets. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain authorized access at the logistics and distribution location.
• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by implementing security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal guidelines.
• Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, including communication with site management and law enforcement when necessary.
• Support the maintenance of order and a secure environment through proactive interaction and observation within the logistics and distribution location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
