What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage or unauthorized persons, following established protocols.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site contacts regarding incidents or concerns.
• Assist with access control, managing entry and exit points as required by site procedures.
• Support emergency response efforts at the location, including providing directions or assistance to emergency personnel as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
